LOCAL 10: According to an arrest report, the victim’s mother notified police on Jan. 21 that her 19-year-old son had found text messages between her younger son and Charles Akim Williams, 26, of Miami, who the family believed was a basketball coach at the Belafonte-Tacolcy Center.
